I had problems with the first room. The shower curtain rod was hanging on by one screw on each end. The screen window was cut open. The sliding window would not close and lock securely. I was able to get a new room and they upgraded me to a suite. Nice
Negatives:
In the lobby eating breakfast. Staff was cussing. Someone was on the phone in the office also cussing. Staff was sitting in a car at the guest check in, while I was waiting to check out. I told the lady at the desk to have a manager call me. Never did.

The breakfast was out of this world. Lots of great choices. The beds were comfy and cozy. Everything was perfect, clean, quiet, very top notch. You can tell their housekeeping is spectacular. I have never felt inclined to do a review before but this place was beyond my expectations.

It is extremely loud. Was constantly woke up by slamming doors and loud talking in the hallway. It actually made my grandson and I feel unsafe.
The bedding smelt like woman's perfume giving me the impression the bedding had not been changed.

Appearance is less than desirable. Carpet throughout is stained and and appears old and outdated. Paint on walls and hallway scuffed and scratched badly. States on website has a pool . No pool.
