Baymont by Wyndham Perrysburg/Toledo

Negatives: The rooms were dingy and dirty. The breakfast buffet was promoted as bring from 6-10am. We went down at 9 to find overflowing trash, empty food containers, no coffee. It was horrible. Hard to trust the Wyndham brand anymore.

Negatives: No Wi-Fi, tried charging me $100 when I checked in even though my stay was already paid for.

Negatives: The dirty bathroom and the breakfast the way staff treated me while I stayed

Negatives: The guess that was across the hall from my rm 146 was there with a bunch of kids running around slamming Doors just making a lot of nosie. No adults was really around to control them none at all! Folks like that is why others wanna leave or did leave! Not to offend but some of our black partents need to do better! It's places to take kids if you want them to play around!

Negatives: I was harassed by management, stalked on cameras and felt violated. He lied on me and kicked me out of my room only 3 hours after checking in he kept my deposit for no reason because he is a scam artist. Worst experience ever.

Negatives: I didn’t like breakfast at 7 o’clock should start at 6:30. Also not enough staff so could not keep the breakfast items filled. Had to wait so some of the kids were not able to eat because they had to leave too soon and I was late to see my daughters competition kids running up and down banging on doors being too loud staff could not control even though we were on first floor mirror coming off the bathroom door didn’t like the fact that the hairdryer was connected to the wall, and the towel rack was barely hanging on the wall

Negatives: Run down & noisy both nights.

Negatives: Was dirty one of the rooms stunk had to switch rooms shower was dirty food was left from guest before

Negatives: The staff said they tryed to ran my CC for authorization which I didn’t understand if I had free cancellation and all because I came at 9pm they thought I wasn’t coming still but never received a message telling me about it so when I came to the hotel to pay for the two rooms, the gentleman told me that they canceled because my card would not go through. I have an old CC on file due to my CC got hacked last year. I always booked through the same company. This is the first one I’ve had this issue with. on arrival I ended up having to pay for one room that is very tiny. A lot of things are wrong with it for double of what I was paying with a $60 deposit.
