Pleasantly pleased with the room. Loved the kitchenette.
Negatives:
I do not like having the comforter as the only blanket. Always pleased when I go to a hotel with a light weight blanket between two sheets. 2 chairs would have added to the room.

There were no usb ports in the room. The air conditioner was very loud and the toilet ran all now. I reported neither to the front desk so did not give them the opportunity to correct those. Both issues may have been promptly resolved had I informed staff

The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. The room was huge. I could've taken the bed home with me, it was so comfortable. Clean and they had Dove products for use.
Negatives:
There were some small things that I didn't care personally care for. Toilet paper from previous guest on the roll, water was a little tricky and the TV was too far from the bed, like not big enough. Like I said, personal preferences.

Was nowhere close to star rating. Side security door was broken and remained open, room was not comfortable walls at thin can literally hear side rooms conversations and top rooms every step.Bathroom towels were stained and well worn.

The tub drain stopper was broken off and left on the tub,the icemaker in fridge broken, hair in/on tub & towels,the top of air conditioner left cleaning rag black. We were promised a refund and still have not received it after a month.

The hotel put a hold on my credit card. I talked with the service counter staff and she indicated that the charge would not not go through and it was a hold. I just checked my credit card statement today and the room charge did go through.

The hotel owners tried to do all the jobs, couldn't do simple transactions or get our keys to function properly. Just hire a staff.
