Negatives:
Room was by a door, and you could hear every time the door opened and closed. Also was not told about the $150 damage fee that is expected at time of check-in. And then it would be refunded after the stay and room was checked out by staff. They also stated the refund of the $150, as long as your room was without damage, would take 2 to 5 business days to deposit back to card.
