Positives: The staff was very friendly
Negatives: I wouldnt say the hotel per se but the room I paid for which was a king deluxe had a couple things that didnt work or had issues. The toilet ran all night and the fireplace did not work.

Positives: The staff was very friendly was accommodating when they called and needed to change our room due to an issue at the hotel. Breakfast was great and so was location.
Negatives: The carpet in our room was nasty. I got out of the shower and walked 2 times into the bedroom from the bathroom to get some things and when I got ready to put on socks, my feet were black, after having just showered! I had to get a washrag to clean them before putting on socks and it was actually black. The room MUST have carpets cleaned.

Negatives: We got there on a Friday evening, checked in, told them I had 2 small dogs, and went to our room. Upon entering our room we realized there was another dog next door because it was barking. We went to Cedar Point and got a text from the desk saying that our dogs were barking and that we needed to remedy the situation. We went back to the hotel, heard the dog next door barking, got in our room and our dogs were sleeping. We left the next day after lunch to go to Cedar Point and I got another text after an hour. We returned to the hotel to find the dog next door barking and our dogs sleeping. My wife went to the desk to tell them that and they told her there was not a dog in that room. She told her to come down the hall and listen for herself and she got very rude (must have been her dog). At that point we left the hotel and went back home. Paid a lot of money for nothing. We got home about 3 hours later and I get another text saying our dogs were barking and I needed to come remedy the situation. I promptly told them we hadn't been there for hours and to complain to the people next door.
