Room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack my belongings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for walking to nearby restaurants. Free washer and dryer plus a small gym.
Negatives:
Nothing really except that there doesn’t seem to be any recycling of bottles and paper. I think this is a St. Clairsville issue as there doesn’t seem to be any recycling capabilities.

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. A/C worked great. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and stove in room was very nice. Parking was very convenient. Free coffee is always a plus and the machine that delivered it in the lobby was nice.
Negatives:
Room did not have a pleasant smell. and seemed...wet. Couldn't place this feeling. The desk furniture was broken and rocked as if it was going to fall over, several points in shelving were split. I believe an adhesive hook had fallen off of wall near shower and ripped the paint off. The bath mat when picked up came up very dark indicating the floor wasn't very clean. Hallways did not look like they had been vacuumed and the walls were scuffed. I had stayed here because the last Candlewood Suites I had stayed at in Ohio was a nice experience. That one even had a simple, but decent breakfast. This one, did not. Complimentary popcorn was in one room but not the other.
