the room was not cleaned well. The heat never got to a comfortable level. Called and the desk said just take it back and up slowly...never worked well.

The room had plenty of room and the bed was comfortable.

The heater had a clicking sound which I don't remember having when we had stayed in other rooms, but the other rooms were in the front of the hotel and this room was in the back.

Some guy was incapacitated in his car with the music so loud in the middle of the night keeping me from sleeping at 4am til 5:30 am,I had to call the police who eventually got him out of the car but only carried him to a close room, which I dont understand because he was obviously drunk or passed out on drugs , I got very little sleep

there was not welcoming instructions and none given at the desk. Like how to find the thermostat for heat. Wi-Fi sign in where vending might be. just a few small suggestions to make stay better and give higher rating next time.
