Got to the property which I booked in February it is now August 27th. None at the front desk on the counter was a note that the hotel had been closed down and resold to the college there which was now college dorm apartments!! There was a number to call on the note for details so I called and guess what?? That number was disconnected! So my husband and I were stuck with no where to stay so I called Booking.com and they told me that somebody from that hotel should have notified me months ago that the hotel had closed down!! Well um shouldn’t this have been booking.coms job?? Luckily we called the nearest city nearby and thankfully got other reservations.

It was close down permanently and I was not notified that it was closed and still charged by booking and it closed 3 weeks before I was billed for room and then told I have to wait 7-12 days for a refund

We showed up on the day of our reservation and a man at the door greeted us to let us know the hotel closed 3 days ago. Despite having a confirmation and no notice of this.

Would have been nice to know this was no longer a hotel instead of being left with nowhere to stay.

The breakfast was not good. There was frozen hard-boiled eggs out there the waffle mix was super watery there were no other breakfast items out. Coffee was good. Carpets were dirty in the rooms and in the hallways kind of had a musty smell. I would not stay there again when I come to Steubenville.
