Found hairs that didn't belong to us in the shower. Shower curtain was ripped in several places. Towel rack wasn't secure. Most of the water came out of the bottom faucet when showering.

You could return my deposit that was never returned. I recently changed my card so you could call me. 330 990 4927. I called the hotel over a week ago(2nd call) and never received the call back that they said they would do.
