The hotel was filthy and reeked of Smoke. The bedroom was uninhabitable it smelled so bad of stale smoke and cigarettes lobby was dark and the breakfast was disgusting and had very little left by 7 am

it's 2024 the idea that smoking rooms are acceptable is ridiculous. Our room was disgusting

Room was ok. Staff was useless. General hotel cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was clearly three day old food and the mess was beyond disgusting.

At breakfast the staff sat idle while what was clearly three day old food ran out and disgusting mess on the counters and floor piled up. The breakfast garbage can was overflowing while the hotel staff close by just scrolled on his phone.

Whomever was above me had a baby in that run across the floor all night. From about 2 to 6 AM. my family and I could not sleep. I had to call the front desk multiple times to get them to help us. It was absolutely horrible
