My room had black mold in the bathroom all over the place the bathroom was disgustingly dirty the bathroom sink was falling apart people were walking up and down the hallways smoking marijuana I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE ITS REALLY BAD

Took an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport (its only 1.8 miles away from the hotel). There were bugs all over the room (alive & dead), bed bugs, cigarette burns in both comforters, mold on the bathroom ceiling, trash in the trash cans etc

The property looks like it hasnt been updated since the 70s. It was very expensive for what I got. Kind of sketchy area but my trunk didnt close properly, was still opened the next morning and nothing had been disturbed, so this was a blessing.

The pool and the breakfast and the second shift worker were amazing!

I booked a double deluxe king room and called them about the room 2 weeks prior and having our service dog in that room and we got there and was told we couldn't have that room because of our service animal. Than got 2 separate room but ended up fitting 6 people in the one room with 2 queen beds because the ac was broke and the room smelled of wet dog and mold. The manager did say he would refund our money for the second room but it has went back on the card yet.
