dirty conditions, plumbing issues with commode and shower, coffee pot missing,problems with booking check-in, disputed amount with management and booking, I had to wait at least one hour before issues were dissolved between booking and motel employee, bedding was not very clean, this place is a mess.

The location was close to the turnpike and Wauseon had a lot of the amenities needed. The room was comfortable for the price difference within the surrounding area. I was on a job and I just needed a place to sleep. I would stay there again for the value. They are very kind and are always offering to help if there are any problems. If you are looking for a Palace and a pool. This is not for you. It's a nice place to stay and sleep.
Negatives:
Direct TV. Being in a rural location, the Direct TV had issues connecting to the satellite. I'm glad I do not personally have them for servicing.
