Location was great and close to the ball fields.
Negatives:
The room was not ready for 5pm check in. Then the room keys did not work when we went back up to the room.
The head of the bed was broken and it felt like you were sleeping downhill and gave me a headache. When asked to change room, hotel was full. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were brown from water damage.
During both coming and checking out. The TV was very loud in the lobby and could hardly hear the staff. Guess the staff was watching it. ..

Nice, hot shower with very good water pressure. My room reservation got lost, so I was upgraded to another room for no extra cost. I appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave in my room because I brought my own food as I was traveling to be a vendor at an event.
Negatives:
Breakfast ended at 9:30, which was annoying, because I wasn't awake or dressed until 9:30. I'm used to other hotels, that'll sometimes have a continental breakfast available until 10:30.

People partying on balcony catwalk below me until exactly 10pm. Was just annoying. Other than that our stay was good was clean and had everything we needed.

The internet did not work and we were primarily staying in a hotel because we needed WiFi for a meeting in the morning. The staff was not helpful in getting the internet working, they told us someone would call but they never did.
