hotel looked liked it had never been deeper cleaned EVER. smoke smell Everywhere even in the non smoking room. lady that checked us in was nice but the gentleman later on was sneezing and coughing everywhere

The inside pool, the room and beds was clean.

The pool I thought was heated but it was cold. also the hot water in the shower was barely there, to have a hot shower you got no pressure at all .

Upon checking in the charged my card for $100 for “incidents” they claimed it would be returned the following morning upon checkout….. well it’s been three days and still no refund on the charge plus paying for room. That’s ridiculous to request when card is on file I understand if I was paying cash for room. And breakfast was horrible! Cold honey buns, Raisin Bran, and waffle machine
