Negatives: I wish coffee was 24/7.. or at least past breakfast

Negatives: I did not stay here after checking in. I checked out asking for a refund and had to g ofind another hotel late at night with my young child because of this unexpected hotel quality and lack of service after a full day of traveling, expecting to arrive to a place to have a safe place to sleep. I traveled here with my young child for a place to sleep safely for the night. Upon entering the hotel, it was apparent remodeling was occurring, which did seem to be too concerning, yet. Once we got to our room, I noticed the door was jarred open and not locked (a first concern for safety.) Then, once inside, the safety lock on the door was made of plastic and very easy to push past if someone wanted to enter throughout the night. In addition, upon entering our room, my phone signal was SOS, which was concerning to me when communication is important and a key element that any hotel of any quality would prioritize. I immediately gathered all of my luggage and told the woman at the front desk my concerns of safety and she told me to call Brittany on Monday for a refund with a phone number to call (I trusted her customer service and now realize this was not going to be taken care of in such a manner.) When I called for an appropriate refund, the man Pri on the phone chose to not give me any names of people I can talk to and told me I am not going to be granted a refund. The customer service and quality is horrible. Rarely do I write reviews, but this experience was so significant I feel it is important to express to others what is occurring.

Negatives: Booking.com messed my reservation up. This is the 2nd time in a row. Gonna quit using booking.com

Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable. This is the only thing about our entire stay that I didn't like.

Negatives: I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times since they built it. It was very nice at first. The hotel just needs an upgrade plastic flooring in lobby since last time I stayed and it has been a couple of months. Elevators not working to 3rd floor. Mold in the shower, floor not cleaned, etc. This hotel really needs an upgrade and better cleaning.

Negatives: Upon check in, I had to call the property phone number to get ANY kind of customer service, staff wasn’t very friendly to top it off, acted like we were a bother. After that we had to be moved twice due to rooms not being ready. Floors in room were dirty, dirty walls, dead bugs on floor beside the couch, beginnings of black mold in shower, along with dirt/dust/hair. I don’t know what the deal is with the big red beanbag in the room. Sink wasn’t clean, shower head is freaking atrocious. Stains on blanket. Dirty, stuck food on tables in breakfast area at 2 in the afternoon. At $300 for a weekend, customer service, cleanliness and facilities are definitely NOT up to par.

Negatives: My hands were full and I got locked out of my room.

Negatives: The lobby and hallways had a very unpleasant smell to them. Also, it appears the hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The elevator was broken and only went to the second floor. This requires you to haul luggage up a set of stairs. Most of the room was clean enough, but the shower was disgusting.

Negatives: The bathroom was dingy on the ground level. Shower had some leftover hairs and some mold around the bottom. The front desk had a sign that had a phone number on it to call for assistance. It was the same for check out. I just left.
