Stayed there so kids could use the pool. Was only told after checking in on way to pool that it was out of service. When checking in they told me pool hours and everything. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and was unable to get extra blankets for my kids so had to go buy some. After checking out I told them about this and told them I wanted a refund and they pretty much said there was nothing they could do

Nice, clean. It was weird...
Positives:
Shower design and function. Nozzle unreachable from outside the shower. To adjust, you had to stand in the scalding / freezing spray of the shower head. ( it went from one extreme to another without struggling with the adjustment nob. No in between. Either scalding or freezing ). My wife was nearly screaming. We switched rooms the next day to a room with a bath. The next room , the local television stations (NBC, CBS, ABC ) were blacked out. It was the day of the NFL playoffs. We left for another hotel across town after we decided to stay another night,
so what would you expect for the cost of the room. The cost of all the taxes, and other unnecessary fees tacked on.
Hope you fix the shower before you get sued.
