The night clerk charged us for our room a second time even after we paid for the room on the Booking.com app. We did get this resolved with the manager a few days later. We all good now.

The location is very convenient to the Hard Rock Casino, where there is live entertainment and a good selection of restaurants.
The hotel is also easy access to the freeway and other business places. It is well lit and in a safe location.
The staff is very friendly and the furnishings are comfortable. Breakfast was varied and inviting.
Negatives:
We found the bathroom to be needing better placed grab bars and the tub to be too slick to be safe..

Negatives:
Toilet made very loud noise when flushed, however we didn't ask to have it fixed. Curtains didn't cover enough to keep parking lot lights from shining in. These are minor in the overall experience. We have stayed here many times & we will again.
