Negatives: Rooms were dirty. Old air conditioners were just laying around outside. Ice machine broke, vending machine broke. The continental breakfast was honey buns, coffee and orange juice. What a joke. This place was horrible

Positives: I paid my bill at ten thirty. bill was due at eleven. And then they knocked on my door for housekeeping 3 times then they came to that door for bug control. I tell them I have breathing problems and animal and I cannot have the spray around me so they told me I had to leave in 10 minutes. Or I wouldn't get my money back. I left within the 10 minutes and They still didn't refund my money. So now because of booking dot com, i'm out over five hundred dollars and staying in my truck in a walmart Is parking lot. I would strongly disagree if anybody using your company I will tell everybody online and personal. Tell telling them about my experience with you.
Negatives: I didn't like anything. You made me travel 5 cities to find a motel through you. And I've been turned down by every property they have sent me. They were rude. Would not listen to me. They kept putting me on hold. Then they hung up on me. I will never use the program. And I will put it on the web with screen shots.
