Location. This hotel should be condemned.
Negatives:
The exterior of the building looks abandoned. There are cracks, peeling paint, broken cement everywhere. The interior of the building is dark and reeks of mold! Our room had large visible leaks on the ceilings, and shower. Worst hotel!

We got there and it looked abandoned. There was no breakfast, no swimming pool or hot tub, no vending, and the AC didnt work. Its sad I was sold on all of these things, get to the hotel and yet Im faced with the exact same price and no amenities BUT they didnt tell us any of that til after we paid.

Positives:
Required wheelchair accessible room. Booked a few weeks in advance . Had a confirmed accessible room upon booking. After driving 800 miles and ready to check in no accessible room available. The manager indicated that the accessible had been taken. We could take A regular room or go somewhere else . Could not get a refund so we took a standard room. I was able to carry my wife in and out of the bathroom. Second time with the Wyndham group this has happened.

Ceiling tiles coming down and leaks all over. Pool closed looked green. There is no breakfast. No coffee or coffee maker. No one at front desk to check us out or get a business receipt. We had to ask for everything bar of soap/towels. Very disappointed compared to the last time we stayed here

Room opens to outside and it was very loud. It felt like there was people in your room when they were actually outside. Other than that it was fine.
