The room was spacious and had a nice sitting area. The breakfast was great had a great verity.
Negatives:
The rooms were not well lite. There needs to be more overhead lights.
There was not a lot of room to use the microwave. And the table to eat and microwave were clear across the room. Being in the Cherokee Nation the hotel didn’t have any pamphlets about were to go site see and the staff were not very helpful with trying to guide people to go look.

The staff was professional and polite. The hot breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom had no ventilation so taking a shower would leave the mirror fogged or using the restroom would well leave a smell...the room was not very clean. Found small pieces of trash throughout the room...like they didn't vacuum. Behind the bathroom floor was not swept either. There were a couple of small dead bugs and lost of dirt.

The Property was Clean, The Breakfast was Good although we called a week in advance about the pool and hot tub and both were nasty when we got there! The beds were so hard that the sleep was awful! Tried to get milk during breakfast and they said they used all the milk for the day, this was before breakfast was over! The employees were nice but for 250$ for 2 nights I expect to sleep well and be able to use amenities that they say they have!

The staff was friendly. It was right next to a gas station, convenience store and fast food restaurant although I didn't patronize them. Location was very convenient for my purposes.

For some reason all of the hotels in Tahlequah were full and this was the nearest hotel I could find for the weekend. my fault for not scheduling sooner. Be that as it may, I was happy to find this hotel and the location to Tahlequah was ok. I requested a room at the top, but got a room on the first floor with a broken window. I informed the manager and they gave me the option of another room, but they didn't have one. So, I should've received some sort of monetary or a 1 night free stay as compensation. I travel a lot and I don't usually write a review if I don't have anything nice to say, but in this case, here is a suggestion for this hotel: your hotel looks great from the outside, but you really need to update the rooms or at least the one I was in. Never rent out a room that is in need of some sort of repair. Carpet was dirty and stained

We had our stuff moved out of our room after we had Paid for the room again before check-out time. Then only half our belongings were in the office after they moved our things for no reason whatsoever. Come to find out our missing electronics were in the bottom of an employees dirty laundry cart. They tried to steal hundreds of dollars worth of our things. And we Had paid! Outraged to say the least
