Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham McAlester

Negatives: New management after I booked. There was confusion about my charges. Ads were for a free hot breakfast. None was available. The pillows smelled terrible. The TV remote did not work. I tried to call the front desk twice, without answer. When I went down to the lobby, the lady was outside smoking and talking on the phone. After my third contact with the front desk, I new remote was brought to my room. It worked.

Negatives: 1) I live in a state that cannibus is NOT legal and I pull up to the front door to check in and im immediately greeted by the desk clerk standing outside by the door smoking a joint. 2) Desk clerk was so high from her joint, when asked for my phone number, i had to give it three times and last time i repeated to her i had to repeat phone number extremely slow for her to understand. 3) First room given, was NOT clean! Feces in toilet, food in refrig, sheets had been slept in, makeup smears on pillow!

Negatives: When we arrived we were told that our hotel was not associated with Wyndham but everything would the same. Our room was dirty, there was hair all over the bathroom and an empty beer bottle. There was a lamp in the bathroom and not proper lighting. On the website it said there would be breakfast, but no breakfast.

Negatives: The property is mostly old and very worn. There was only a lamp in the bathroom because the overhead light didn’t work. This of course meant one side of the bed had no lamp. The air conditioning was very loud. Outlet covers were missing. Linens were ancient. Bookings.com shows breakfast is included and there was no breakfast. The clerk said “they removed all food items”.

Negatives: Booked online & when I went to check in the front desk stated the room does not exist. They made me cancel my reservation & charged me $20+ more than I originally booked. Not a great experience.
