Staff was horrible.

Love that they have hard flooring through out the room and the new shades block all the light! Bed and pillows were comfy and clean

They are still doing some remodeling so there is some construction. Occasional road noise from the interstate so I may have asked for a room on the backside had I thought of that

The breakfast was good and the staff member in charge checked on what was out—if anything was needed quite often. The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
They were renovating so there was a lot of dust around. In their elevator, they had a sign that said our Dust will be constructing in the spring of 2023. I did update that 2024. They probably seen it so much they don’t even notice it has the wrong date.

I specifically ordered an ADA room, it was on my confirmation. When I was given a room on the 2nd floor, I specifically asked if it was an ADA room, to which the lady replied, "yes." I am a paraplegic and chose your hotel because it was the only ADA room I could find. However, this was ignored and I was given a room that was not completely accessible to me.

Hot tub was not working after I called to make sure it was before booking. Was told yes. But guests Saud it wasn't working last month either. Very disappointing. Second hotel on this trip that ended up being a disappointment for the same reason.
