Positives:
I have stayed here many times. Always been acceptable. Staff has always been really nice & accommodating.
Negatives:
They apparently have new room maids. They didn't leave coffee makings 4 out of the 5 days. Never cleaned the coffee pot.

The smoking room and the beds were soft and comfortable
Negatives:
First of all I did not like the fact that the swimming pool and the hot tub are not working. I also did not like the fact that there was sugar free syrup and no other option. And the day before my check in I stopped to make sure that everything was set up and ready for my room and the lady at the front desk was rude and acted like she was discombobulated.

I would feel better if they had at least a drop off box for your keys. When you have to leave before they are even there to accept the key.

The place is falling apart and very dated. The pool and hot tub weren't working, and no refund was provided because they said they posted it on their website. But, I found no such info on their website.

The beds were comfortable. The showers were clean and the water was hot. The small breakfast area that was offered was okay but for the price, it should definitely be a lot more. Muffins, mixed fruit, pastries, different varieties of cereal, chocolate milk, ect. I have experience as a former hotel manager and a house keeping manager. I pay attention to these things.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub was not working. That was 1 of the main reasons I decided to stay here. This needs to be maintained often. Also, I came in the day before to make sure my reservation was good for the next day and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I should have cancelled my reservation right then. However, my and I were needing a smoking room. There was no ashtray in the room. Sugar free syrup, at least have options.

Positives:
It was clean and the employees were very nice. We were there for the game and it was only about 10 mins from the stadium. We also liked that it was close to Walmart and the mall. The breakfast was good and simple. We love waffles and cereal. Our daughter loved being able to make her own waffle.
Negatives:
We were a little bummed about the pool being closed but we understand renovations. I imagine it will be nice once it’s finished. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not a big deal, we managed.
