Nothing really. I paid $---for an excellent hotel in down town Tokyo Japan, This was like chalk in the chalk and cheese!

Looked very run down compared with the ad pics. Room not that clean. No breakfast of any kind, Swimming pool???? When I was waiting at the counter at least 3 people with serious complaints. Not a good sign. Wouldn't stay again.

Location was great. Just the hotel itself was put dated. The first room they out us in smelled like sewer gas. Or natural gas very badly. I had a head ache after walking in the room.

Nothing, rundown. Door sticks where you have to work to get into it the room.
Negatives:
Rundown, bathroom floor had standing water, where it had not been cleaned since last guest. Front desk clerk had to be reached by phone to come check us in. At 5pm.
