Negatives:
The bed was very hard an uncomfortable, an we had to pay 38 dollars plus tax an tip to park our car in the valet when all they used is another cheaper service we could have used it the front text person would have made us aware. Right after we checked in she let the next guests know so I think that was not right

Good location, easy access to restaurants and nightlife.
Room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
Staff always surprised and shocked before even any question is addressed towards them.
After an 11 night stay, my request for a 2PM late check out due to my flight, was denied, stating 12 is the best they can do, which is a pretty normal check out time.
If the hotel was full it would have been understandable.
