The a/c made a huge bang as it came on & off throughout the night. The cafe was closed for renovations we were redirected to the bar that was unable to make an espresso coffee. One of our rooms looked as if the bathroom was badly repaired.

Excellent location. Valet parking. Wonderful staff (Anna at the Desk was outstanding). Beautiful room with huge, comfortable bed. Bathroom had terrific bath and shower. Faultless facilities and the staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff are great. The room was very nice. Almost reached the level of Four Seasons. Ill definitely be staying here next time Im in OKC.

Being very nit picky, I did not like the TV interface or the remote. It didnt work well. I had to pull the plug on the TV to shut it off.

The entire hotel was fabulous. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed, the room was wonderful and cozy. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location was fabulous. We were able to get to all of our locations under 10 minutes.
Negatives:
Parking was not convenient but it was close just a strange set up for such a fabulous hotel.
