Negatives: NO HOT WATER in Room 120. Ghetto area. Poor front desk experience. Breakfast begins at 5am and consists of cheap, pre-packaged sweet items like honeybuns. Room was in disrepair (I have photos). Front desk is now lying to say no problem with hot water in that room. I had to report 3 times. Housekeeper told front desk the water was not getting hot. Three guests - linen service for two, one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Not worthy of $80/night!
