The General Manager is a phenomenal professional and a pleasure to work with. The guy and girl that works the 3-11 shift are great professionals, and are so enjoyable and great working with. The house keeping staff and the breakfast staff are AMAZING!

The air conditioner unit, rattled every time it was running. It made it hard to sleep when it was on. The entire hotel smelled like Pot! When we got on the elevator, in the hallway. It was so bad i could smell it coming under my doorway, to my room.

It was in the location I needed. The lady at the front desk was friendly.

The room was not super clean. The bathroom had stuff under the cabinet and the bathtub and floor had hairs on them. The door and walls had stuff spattered on them. It also smelled like weed when we came out of the elevator.

After going to front desk was told they could upgrade room to 1bed suite for --- dollars 3rd floor my asked for the manager he told us he would reboot system didn't work anyway the manager just gave us the suite we been here almost 2weeks.Manager 10+++

1st room had a bad smell in the water pipes,moved to another room no wi fi signal finally went downstairs to talk to front desk.
