Location was awesome. Bricktown is beautiful and lots of restaurants near. Agape helped me out so much. I needed a flash drive and the nearest store that had one was 30 min transit ride away. She let me use her door dash so I could get it. She was so amazing and very kind and friendly to talk too. Definitely highlight of the hotel! Thank you!!

The check-in was simple. The valet parking was expensive but they did a great job, fast and friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and orderly.

The pillows in the room were awful. The music from the Latin nightclub across the street was ridiculously loud even with the TV on.

Felt safe most of stay. Valet attendees were very good. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived for the evening I didn’t like that two homeless men sat smoking on a bench and watched us unload our truck. The mattress was bumpy. My husband has back issues which caused him a sleepless night. All of the old furniture should be replaced. Very uncomfortable. The living room remote is worn out also. They only have a select few tv stations.
