I liked how convenient it was to Bricktown but I was not satisfied with the hotel itself.
Negatives:
I did not like that the pool and gym were both closed for renovations and were not told to me until after I had already paid. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool for our son. Also our air in our room was so hot the entire time. We told the front desk and they said they would have maintainence come look at it and I’m not sure it was fixed. It stayed a consistent 70-73 in our room.

There was not free parking, I had to drive two blocks over, pay for cheaper parking because the Hyatt charged a god awful amount to park in there lot, and had to walk two blocks with luggage back to the Hyatt. Not to mention walking back after our stay. I have health issues and it was a strain on my system.

The location was awesome. Staff was friendly. Had a plan to use the pool, at check in was told it was under maintenance. I ask why it didn’t show on website but the clerk said they have been trying to post it but it never was. At the same time he told us that the gym was also down, but we could use the motel next to us so my daughter was disappointed because she didn’t feel safe enough to go to the motel next-door by herself and I didn’t want to go and sit waiting on her to finish her workout. After that was told to me I then asked about the fire pit because it looked so nice and cozy on the website. Then he told me that it was also not working that an other visitor was trying it the night before and could not get it working.
