My stay sucked! I would so pay the extra 200 for a better facility!!! The parking garage is owned by the city and they hold $50 each day for the $10 a day parking pass in which NO ONE told me about. Their computers were broken when we wanted to purchase from the little store so they charged me another $50 for charging the room. Also the people next to me were super loud and staff never told them to keep it down. Also don’t bother to ask for recommendations upon booking because they blatantly ignore those and give you the opposite of your request. 3 of the staff members got snappy with me as if I wanted to argue with them. Super strange I would not recommend this nasty smelling building. Also they make up these strange lies to shut members up, like two different staff members told me the building was built 40 years ago. I have been to historical hotels and they don’t smell as bad nor have broken restroom fans.
