I love King studio suites and I always stay in those and I’m always pleased. I love this hotel and have stayed here before.
Negatives:
However, this time I was not happy about where I was put. Room 103 at this hotel is right next to an engineer/utility room that right at 5:30 in the morning, the hot water heater will start making noises that sound like a leaf blower going off next-door to your room because everyone is taking a shower. The guy at the front desk explain it to me perfectly, which means that he has already told somebody else this before. Why are you even bothering to rent out this room if you know, nobody isgoing to be happy here? So my advice to everyone if you check in and get room 103 immediately tell them you don’t want that room. I was really upset. The hotel didn’t offer me a discount either.

We didn't get to complete our stay. Apparently this particular hotel chain is the only one in the local universe who doesn't accept PayPal as a form of payment. We've stayed all over with PayPal, Destin Florida to Panama to Colorado, etc...never an issue. Had to cancel & book another hotel. Kudos to the desk though they were understanding & helpful. Wonder how many sales lost by this preference of payment...

Positives:
The property was nice, clean and conveniently located. The lady that works the front during the day was nice and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.
Negatives:
We left a blanket and my daughter’s prepaid Visa card in the room by mistake. I knew exactly where the card was left called 3 times before our checkout time and they claim they couldn’t find it. They did hold the blanket and we went back to pick it up though.
