BOTH elevators were broken. Stains on pillow cases and blankets. Entrance of hotel smelled like the sewer. Staff was unfriendly and somewhat condescending.

Location was good and close to a lot of good restaurants. Hotel and room was clean. Room had very good amenities, full size fridge, sink and dishwasher. Staff was very friendly and seemed to have the room ready for our arrival (A/C and a light was on in room).
Negatives:
The beds seemed small for "queen" size, and the mattresses were quite firm. The pool was very small and shallow, which is great for kids but not really for adults. The pool area has no airflow, so the heat and humidity are stifling. Also, there are no restrooms in the pool area, which is inconvenient since you need a key card to get back in. Breakfast seemed limited and had no protein available when we arrived.

I really liked the stay and I was pleased with all the details except for 1 thing.

The room although I was pleased with most every detail, was quite overpriced in my opinion. Around $350.00 for 1 night for a Queen suite, that should have had a final price around $250.00 for the services and room provided.
