We liked the location of the hotel. We love Embassy Suites. We loved the atriam part of the hotel.
Negatives:
The room was very old and dated. We had to pay for parking. The breakfast was cold and not good. The coffee machin in the room was disgusting. The beds were small and very uncomfortable. The t.v. was old and fuzzy. The ice machines were not working. We chose this hotel mostly for the indoor poor and it was closed for maintenance (we did not find this out until after the cancelation period was up). We stay at Embassy Suites hotel often and this was the worst one we have encountered.

Our stay was very uncomfortable.
Positives:
We arrived at 9:30 at night and our room still had to be cleaned. The room has been remodeled. Door handles were loose. Toilet seat was loose. Asked for extra blanket and it was old, thin, and rough sand paper. Pool was being repaired. At 8 am breakfast was out of fruit.

The hotel was under construction and being remodeled. We were not aware of this before arriving, and taking a nap was impossible with the construction going on above our room. It would have been helpful to have been forewarned or goven ear plugs.

Suite that had been booked was unavailable due to construction. Set us up in 2 rms instead of suite. 1st rm electronic lock would not work. Exchanged room. The 2 rooms we had the thermostats didn't work. Took us until 1am to get bedding for pullouts. Told the blankets were drying. We had to leave at 6am.

Besides the double doors to the bathroom, nice layout of the room. And Alicia(I believe was her name) was the ONLY honest one about the fact there was no AC and refunded me for us to go stay somewhere else.
Negatives:
It made it hard to like anything because there was no AC and so hot in the rooms. The room was super dated. The fridge didn’t close correctly and wasn’t cold.
