Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I never got to stay there. That's what the dispute is about? Lol. Jesus. You booked me a room at a hotel that had no Vacancies. Need my refund. Been 5 weeks. A d I had to take 2 extra uber rides bc of your guys mistakes. This is 3 times now. Think I'm done with booking. Com unless you make it up to me. Sokn

There were roaches, some members of the staff were rude, there weren't any covers just sheets the towels were hard some were dirty so we had to ask for more it was terrible and I would never go back

The heating was great.

First I had to purchase insecticides. Ginormous amount of roaches, the room wasn't clean, burns everywhere, refrigerator made load noises and it was burned inside, no phone, no trash cans, no tissue and no iron, and the shower pressure was very low. Dogs continuously barked all around. It seemed as if the animals and the children were going to burst through the walls.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's in central Tulsa where you can travel to anywhere in Tulsa 10-20 minutes. 2nd, the GM was nice and she tried to be helpful as she could be trying to get things fixed after her staff was not helpful.
Negatives:
Alot: Room not ready to check in. Insects & roaches! Told can't take care of problem & I needed to get traps out of pocket. No iron in room. Sheets had blood stains. Some Lights & stove didn't work. Rest of Staff was very rude and didn't try to help.
