The locatio was central to several restaurants and the events center.

Positives:
We loved the location which was walkable to Bricktown, Myriad Botanical Garden, Banjo Museum and other sites. The suite and bed were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
We thought the kitchen area in the suite needed some overhead and/or undercounter lights. Only had a stand up light in the opposite corner which was inconvenient. There was no hotel and surrounding area information booklet in the room. We had that information in the previous Holiday inn Express where we stayed and were missing it at this Holiday Inn Express.

The beds were comfortable and the extra luggage space, fridge and microwave were fantastic. There was even a charging corner in the entrance way.
Negatives:
The toilet wasn't flushing, we had to take the back off to put the trigger so it would fill back up for the next flush. In the parking garage there was no sign pointing to an elevator. We didn't find a sign until outside the gate where we no longer needed it.

Positives:
The local was perfect for all the things I wanted to do: only 3 blocks away from the Woodie Guthrie and Bob Dylan centers and only 4 blocks from the historic Greenwood district. Many great restaurants in the area, so I tried four different ones for dinner during my 4 night stay -- all easy walking distance.
Negatives:
The hotel didn't have a facility to mail postcards, so I had to walk over a mile to the closest Post Office for that.
I'm not certain I received appropriate discounts; perhaps this hotel takes whatever the booking website offers. I asked about a "senior discount" and the personnel were uncertain and made a phone call, but told me nothing. I later found a posted note on their counter that mentioned discounts for seniors, military, etc. but they never addressed this with me. E
