Pictures were nothing like the room. Carpet was worn and needed stretched out. Purchased the hotel room to spend time with friends (no husbands or kids). Asked them to please make it a nice room. Was embarrassed this room was so shabby. Ice mach broken

Made arrangements to stay for a childs birthday/swim party. Confirmed the day before our arrival that the pool was open until 10pm. Check in at 2, decorated the room for the party took the girls to the pool at 4:30, staff came in and closed the pool at 5.

Nearly every ice machine was out of order. We had to go to almost every floor before we found one that worked. One of our towels had a huge hairball in it and there was rust in the tub. Itd also be nice if they had complimentary coffee in the lobby.
