There was NOTHING to like about this place. The rooms looked like crack houses in a rundown project. I was scared to sit on the broken furniture for fear of sitting on used drug paraphernalia!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I asked for my $100 "Cash Only" deposit back and forfeited on the $65 cost for one night so I didn't have to stay in this place!!!

location was okay, tucked back a little off the highway. I like the concept - almost like apartment living. The staff were super nice and helpful.

It felt like ghetto living, including dilapidated stairs with crushed beer cans tucked in them (saw 4 in differing places and wasn’t even looking) Cig butts on ground and stairs, inside was 80’s carpet, microwave door handle was completely melted off, filthy walls and floor, upstairs toilet wouldn’t flush and shower wouldn’t turn off (was running when we got there.) I could go on, but I’ll say this: I felt tricked because it’s called Studio 6 and the picture looks lovely - it doesn’t look like that now. As soon as I turned in, I realized from the Brand color & style on the sign - that I was at a Motel 6 property. Never would I ever have done that on purpose. They are always of this caliber.

The 1st rooms we were given were dirty, scruffy, stained, holes in bedding and curtains, and an overall aroma of marijuana consumed the property. Outside the rooms was an electrical cupboard with wires and electrical cables exposed to the elements and posed a risk to both adults and children alike. The health and safety of this entire complex is non existant. Dog excrement was lying around. This property should NOT be made available for habitation.
The second rooms were slightly better but extensively falling short of what is expected. Wardrobe doors hanging off, cupboard fronts missing, scraggy net curtains and filthy windows to name a few. Filthy sofas with rips and carpets with stains and fireplace edging insecure and raised and a danger.
