Hot breakfast was 5min in a microwave.

That their pool and hot tub was closed and under maintenance; that was the sole reason we booked there.Our 1st room the lights didn't come on and had a shower only. There wasn't a plug for the bath tub. I had to reconnect wires for the TV to work

room did not have operating "door bar" type lock. I could not stop someone from coming in that had a key. The lock was there it just was not properly installed or had been disabled.

The tub. That was it.

First room we got had no stopper and the tub wall had scortch marks from previous guest. We were then moved to the next room the fridge didn't work but at this point we did not want to move again.

There was water damage in bathroom and outlets had cracks and definitely had wear and tear.

The water in tub was luke warm, wish it was a bit hotter. Wanted a more comfortable bed, size was great. But the bed gave my husband and i back pain in the morning.

The room had a very strong, bad smell. Any time I stepped out front for a smoke, a certain staff member would come out and glare at me. Pool was closed.

The staff was very nice & accommodating. However the room itself was ok, it could certainly use some upgrades. The bed wasnt that comfortable but the pillows were. There were stains on the comforter but overall for a place to stay it wasnt bad! I would give it a 6 out of 10. Im a bit more picky because I work at a hotel. It did seem safe though which i like.
