Clean large rooms & helpful, curious staff.

Room was good and clean. Kitchen was nice to have. It was quiet, which is important to me.

No housekeeping, Phones didn't work. Hallway was dirty. No breakfast. Shower was serious waste of water with more water coming out of the faucet than the shower head. My card was charged before I even got there. I hate that. It makes me not trust them. Even though they had already charged me I still had to checkout at the desk, which there days is backwards.

Room and location was good. Everything else was okay or bad.

Comfortable bed, large room and closet, large desk, plenty of storage and countertops, full kitchen. Great water pressure in the shower and loved the Dove toiletries. Very quiet and safe location.
Negatives:
No issues or complaints. Noticed the front entrance could use some curb appeal to make it as nice as the inside.

This hotel, location, staff and rooms were very nice. We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Everything about this place was clean and well kept. We just spent one night and I would recommend this hotel to freinds and family.
Negatives:
Only 1 elevator covering 4 floors. No ice machine. You had to use the one in your room. Kept us all night and did'nt make enough. No breakfast and one central coffee machine in the lobby which can create a bottle neck. Rooms do have coffee makers.

location, comfort, kindness. it was near a great bowling alley, and near major roads intersections so easy for travel. friendly staff, comfortable room.
