The hotel staff were extremely rude. When I called to ask the address, the man who answered yelled at me. And I accidently dropped some pancake mix on the floor while walking it to the trash, before I could pick it up the lady started cussing me out.

Lots to name! Check in the lady wasn’t the friendliest. I just kinda over looked that. Got to the room and was unloading and getting ready for bed. I went to pull out the sofa bed and it’s GROSS! I have picture and will attach them off I can. Food was all under the mattress also with white round pills, couldn’t tell what exactly it was. I refused to touch it. I called down to office and they said to come to front desk. I went down mind you hall ways smelled like weed so very strong also I understand they can’t control that. Get to front desk tell the lady again what was happing and she said well I can’t do anything but I will put a note on maintenance door and manager door so they can see it. I then asked for some gloves to clean the mess. They didn’t have them or Acura’s to anything. So we just put the bed away and got some extra sheets and layed on the couch instead of sofa bed. Also the people next to use were sooo loud from 10pm till like 230am. I understand it’s a hotel and people do what they want but when they are loud and hitting the wall and screaming and front desk refusing to do anything about that. I was very upset about the stay bit just know I want be staying here again.

The night clerk was polite and answered my children's questions. She greeted us and said good bye. The hotel is located with in a moderate walk or drive to numerous food places.
Negatives:
I didn't appreciate the pool being closed with no notice until arrival. The door to the closet was hanging partial off. I couldn't find a hair dryer. The front desk said I had to switch rooms instead of coming to the front desk. I wasn't switching at 7am.
