The breakfast was lacking. The eggs tasted very odd. Room service walked into our room BEFORE checkout time without knocking. We had little children that were getting dressed for the day, so it was very unsettling.

Everything is so run down. Getting in and out of the pool was a joke with the handles being completely wobbly. This really is an OSHA violation. Lots of things in the pool were completely rusted and the chairs are broken. Not to mention the side of the hot tub was worn off. It’s horrible. In my room, it looks dated! Plus there was a used bandaid under the bed among lots of crumbs etc. the whole bottom of the bed was ripped and hanging to the floor. The table area was sticky and the sink had something red in it. The shower leaked the entire stay. It would drip all night and drive you nuts. You had to keep a towel on the floor to absorb the water that leaked everywhere. It’s A LOT of money for poor facilities. If I could do it again- I would not stay here. I doubt we will ever be back. It really sucks to save and save to have a small vacation to feel like you got ripped off!
