When I first got there my first day, they didnt have any hot water and no signal on the TV. So I couldnt watch any TV whatsoever and I couldnt take a shower till the next day.

There was a brown finger print in the bathroom Im sure it was not paint :( No one showed up to clean the room and give us fresh towels and when we tried to call no one answered. We called 7 times then we had to walk to the reception During check out there was a sign that said we will be back in a short time .. it took a long time and I had to call the desk while I was standing there finally a person showed up. I guess the person was nearby and kept me waiting and I had an urgent appointment to get to. To make it worst when the person showed up didnt even apologize for the wait !?? Customer service is 000

Personally I would stay away from this hotel unless they start caring for the customer
Positives:
Very convenient to our familys home. Great price for the large room with super comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very quiet and heard very little outside. The free breakfast is always a bonus, especially since they offer a few options. We have stayed once many years ago and again we said well be back.

The tv pretty much stayed at the same volume, you could barely adjust it up or down.
