Unfriendly, non smiling check in employee. Said I had a 3:00 check in and our room was not ready when we checked in later than that. We were upgraded to a king. Musty spell upon entry, socks got dirty right away. Curtains were filthy. Black hair in the shower and on one of the pillows. The worst was something must be in the walls. We heard loud chewing noise all night long. Report to front desk upon check out. We did not sleep all night long. Cable box did not work, however the night front desk guy was so nice and switched it out for us. He was the most friendly for our 1 night stay. Front property is dirty.

When we showed up to La Quinta with our confirmation # and pin # from Booking.com they told us they didn't have a room available for us, and basically tried to blame booking.com. We were very upset and they said they couldn't do anything except cancel what we made thru booking. Ended up having to spend a ton of money at a different hotel because la Quinta doesn't take their bookings from booking.com seriously. I even called the hotel the day before check in to confirm and was told I was good to go. But when we showed up, this happened.
