Pictures misleading. Hotel set between 2 busy main roads, can hear heavy truck traffic all night. Breakfast offering very poor and inedible. Lousy coffee. Avoid this hotel. Less than 1star, should remove from Booking. com site and from Best Western brand. Waste of money!

It was clean and staff were friendly. The pool was warm.
Negatives:
After staying at the BW in Albany the previous evening, this was a downgrade. I guess we expected all BW to be the same but I guess they aren’t. We were a bit disappointed in the room size.

It was ok.
Positives:
Breakfast was great, pool was great, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We stayed over a very busy weekend and never had an issue finding parking.
Negatives:
They said there was no water filling station (only tap), however, I did find a water cooler in the fitness room. I personally felt the bottle opener mounted on the doorframe in the bathroom was tacky. It also stuck out just enough to catch my clothes as I walked by.

We look for a nice tv, a chair, a refrigerator, a microwave and a desk (other than a king sized bed). It had everything and the bed was very comfortable. I do think the remote needed new batteries as it was hard to change channels but that was it.

Room was not cleaned properly, very dusty in places as well as stains on some of the bed spreads and pillows.

The location was great as it was within walking distance of other resturants. The breakfast was really good as it had lots of options of eggs, sausages and then like oatmeal options. The staff was very friendly with the check in since I arrived a bit later then usual.
