Staff are friendly and nice.They have enough amount hot breakfast. Large and clean room. Close to the beach and enjoyed beach walk on the next morning.
Negatives:
We arrived there late night and our room was NOT heated. Our room was very cold. And heating system is old and took one night for get warm. If they don't care this, we won't come back. And the pool and hot tab was CLOSED! We expected it from long trip.

The location was good with a walking path to beach. Thats it!

No cell phone service in the basement level room. I had to step outside to make calls or text. The room was disgusting as well. I was afraid to take off my shoes. The pool was broken. The eggs at breakfast had hair in them. It was just bad all around.

They have an indoor pool/hot tub, offer hot breakfast and are close to the beach.

I didn't like the smell I didn't like the dust I didn't like how noisy bed was I was sleeping with open sliding doors bathroom didn't have a garage can and there was something I was shocked about it's reusable makeup washcloth....really who wants to use that even if would forget one I would go and buy one than use something like black reusable washcloth...I paid a good 250$ for one night and I think I should enjoy the night for this price...but it was really disappointed experience

We pulled in after dark and thought the layout was a little weird with the main floor being level 2 and level 1 under ground. We were pleasantly surprised to hear the roaring of the waves from our room and that we had a big balcony. Next morning we found that we could see the ocean from our room and level 1 could walk right out to the beach. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and numberal.
Negatives:
The place looks rundown from the outside and the pool and laundry building needs some updating. As a bonus it looks like they put all their updates in their fabulous rooms.

Room gross. Hair on furniture, in bathtub. Went to use lotion and bottle empty. Shower body soap empty. Gross toilet, especially around base area, orange stains. Breakfast room actually has ceiling panel and taping hanging down, is that falling into my food? Bare minimum items in room, no glasses, I would never stay here again. Way overpriced for what it delivers.

We absolutely loved the view, location, and bed!! We both had the best sleep we have had all week when we stayed here. The bed was so soft I felt like I was melting into it! Slept like a rock all night.
I had no idea that we had an ocean view! Just a very short trail to the beach too, only like 100ft from the hotel! We absolutely loved the view from our balcony, and loved that we had a balcony even on the lowest floor!
Negatives:
The only downside was that the spa tub was broken; the jets wouldn't work. Aside from that, the water faucet on the tub worked so it was fine!
