I really couldn't have been more happy with my stay at Quality Inn. The price I paid and the service I received were off the chart. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Even the mornings free breakfast was pretty darn good

Shower water was barely luke-warm. Shower leaked water out of the wall indicating tremendous water damage was occuring. Entering only through the lobby was incredibly inconvenient and honestly a first for me, though I have stayed at many a budget motel.

Room was very worn. Carpet was coming up under the threshold. There were no really good lighting. Sheets had icky spots and hair. Carpet felt really dirty under our feet. We wore shoes. Nothing in the room that had a delivery list or restaurants.

There were cockroaches in our bathroom. The bedding looked dirty. The building was no smoking but everything smelled like cigarettes. The carpet in the hallway and the room did not look like it has been changed for 15 years. Breakfast.

Nothing. I understand the cancellation policy, but when its up to the hotel and we were treated the way we were over the phone, thats when I dont think its fair.

Tried calling to cancel, front desk waited until we were done speaking THEN said sorry I cant hear you. Hung up, tried again, phone rang for probably 4 minutes with no answer. Called again, immediately was told to call 3rd party instead. Wouldnt cancel.

Where do I start?? The pool was murky and had algae in it. My room was just gross! It smelled like weed and cigarettes. There were holes on the bed spread The bathroom had left over trash on the floor from the previous guests.

When we checked into the room there were cigarettes laying around this non smoking room. We asked to me moved to another room and they moved us to a room that smelled like pee. We had to have our key recoded everyday. So much more to list.

This hotel is very old and worn. Everything in the room was so old and tatty.We could see through the sheets, the bed cover had holes,the curtains had holes, the chair legs were held together with duct tape. We were afraid to shower
