Paid for a room with beach view and jacuzzi in the room after I paid then was told the jacuzzi is broken

The location was great and it had nice views from all the rooms. They had good WiFi and for the price I felt it was decent. Definitely would be good for a family vaca with a dog. Didn’t smell to bad for a place that allows pets. Staff was all friendly and doing there best to get everything guests needed.

Needs to be updated, our room furniture was beat up but clean and functional. They only take cash for there store thing downstairs. There breakfast food wasn’t really breakfast, it was nice to grab a little something but definitely didn’t qualify for breakfast. Saw the creamer sitting out one night and just put back in the fridge.

Location and budget friendly value. Nice ocean view and beach access! Very friendly staff and very accommodating for traveling with pet. Offered pet towels and treats. Plus a nice quiet room! Walking distance to Mo's restaurant.

Loved the location. The hotel is clean & the bed super comfortable. We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. While checking in I mentioned our dog & the desk clerk seemed surprised we had a dog. I told them I had emailed regarding bringing our dog. No big
deal I just had to fill out the waiver & pay the deposit.
