The view and had easy access to the beach

Paid for a room with beach view and jacuzzi in the room after I paid then was told the jacuzzi is broken

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach and an excellent view of the bay and a good view of the ocean. My wife thought we had a view of the ocean when we booked but that was not the case, we were upgraded to ocean view for free.

Area near front desk was cluttered. Common areas showed wear. Hotel is family and pet friendly so there can be a fair amount of noise and activity.

The room next to us was being remodeled (until 830pm on a Friday night). When we checked in we were not informed or asked if being next to a room being activity worked on. There are lots of people that appear to live there. "Breakfast" has no hot food.

Great location on a calm beach, ideal for kids playing in the sand and water, or for taking a long stroll along the beach. Located in the Taft district with a few fun things to do.

Common areas were a little dingy, and the breakfast was pretty sparse.

We had several issues - there was a hole punched in bathroom door and needed to be cleaned better, stains on lamp shade and pillows, sink clogged (they did come and fix), missing remote for ceiling fan, screen door to balcony fell off when closing

Dogs barking , not controlling other clients animals at night. First night I heard a dog bark all night , 2nd night was way better.
