Our room was smelly like stale cigarette smoke. The lamp on one side of the bed was broken. The refrigerator made loud noises all night long. It was full of frost, so you could not turn it off. As for being a handicap assessable room, the bathroom was a joke.

The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. We were in town for a family weekend.
Comfortable, clean and friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect with restaurants and shops all walking distance. The continental free breakfast was convenient and my kids really enjoyed it! We even got to chat with the owner, she's great. We will definitely come back and stay here.

The entrance to the property was hard to see, especially at night time.
The room 222, we first walk in and it smelled like an old cigarrett smell. I cant tell if its the carpet is too old thats why there was that bad smell. We opened the window for at least 4 hrs to let the smell out but when we came back in our room, still smelly. Luckily we only stayed 1 night or Ill be requesting to switch a room. The water pressure in the shower is awesome, it has pressure!
The pool has some pile of fine sand looking. Hot tub is fine.

The manager and wife were the best part of the hotel.
Negatives:
Pillows uncomfortable. Stayed for 3 days and had to empty our own garbage. Staff never checked the room and had to go to desk for shampoo and refill for coffee supplies.
